We aim to empower women and youths for effective transformation, active participation in nation building and sustainable development.
OWYEF is committed to the empowerment of women and youths. We offer a range of support programs on skills acquisition and capacity development, mentorship, coaching opportunities and more.
We help women and youths especially young girls to learn, grow and increase their chances of success through our structured approach of identifying key talents and helping them unlock their potential, improve their performance and create opportunities for them to excel and achieve great outcomes.
Our Projects
Women Economic Empowerment Program
Women make up 50% of Nigeria population yet they are not climbing the ladder of success as men. The women are among the poorest and remain marginalised.
Youth Empowerment Program
The Youths are the young adults and without them, there will be no future generation.
End Violence against Women and girls Campaign
Violence against Women and girls is a human rights violation and the consequences of discrimination against Women and girls in law and in practice and of persisting inequalities between men and women.
